Dr. CPA Annabel Ndilo "Simba Toto" is a 29-year-old public finance expert and servant leader from Machakos County. From walking 7km to school and reading by kerosene lamp, to becoming a CPA at 22 and MCA at 25, her journey is proof that no dream is too big.
As MCA, she fought for bursaries, water projects, and Women SACCOs. As former UDA Women Rep, she mobilized and empowered thousands of women across Machakos.
Now she is running for President under UDA to bring Women Power to State House. Her leadership is anchored on integrity, service, and the belief that when women rise, the nation rises. She holds a CPA, a Master's in Public Finance, and is pursuing her PhD at UoN.
